Clase Minna / Minna Klassen
In the March 2004, Carita Feliz began a new initiative: sponsored classes. As part of her birthday celebration in Denmark, Mrs. Minna Due-Jensen gave a donation to Carita Feliz that was to be used for a specific project. We found 28 children who were not in school for financial reasons and who we thought had the capacity and circumstances necessary to complete their education. These photos show the group purchasing shirts, skirts, shoes, school materials and backpacks. They will have their school fees paid for one year but must pass their exams to progress to the next year. You can find out about the children in Clase Minna or see other classes.
